齒條應用

齒條的齒廓(kuo)為(wei)(wei)直線而(er)非漸開(kai)線(對齒面而(er)言則為(wei)(wei)平面),相當于分度圓(yuan)半徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)無窮大圓(yuan)柱齒輪
齒條的主要特點
(1) 由于齒(chi)條齒(chi)廓為(wei)直線(xian),所以齒(chi)廓上各點具有相同(tong)的壓力角(jiao),且等于齒(chi)廓的傾斜角(jiao),此角(jiao)稱為(wei)齒(chi)形角(jiao),標準值為(wei)20°。
(2) 與(yu)齒頂線(xian)平行的任一(yi)條直線(xian)上具有相同的齒距和模數。
(3) 與齒頂線平行(xing)且齒厚等于齒槽寬的(de)直線稱為分度線(中線),它是(shi)計算齒條尺寸的(de)基(ji)準(zhun)線。
